This delightful light-filled penthouse is located in the heart of Alghero's historic center, has two bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers, and features a large sea-view terrace, furnished and nestled among the rooftops and bell towers of Alghero's historic center.

Although a charming home, you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay here, whether you are traveling for business or pleasure.

The apartment has a private parking space, and if you wish we provide a car for an additional fee. There is a third bathroom in the large garage, so when you return from the sea, you can use this bathroom to rinse off before entering the house.

The sea and downtown are literally right under the house, and public transportation is close by and provides access to many of Alghero's beaches.

Although the house is located in the historic center, you will sleep peacefully as the street is not busy with tourists and the windows are all double-glazed.

There is a wide range of bars and restaurants within walking distance of the house, so although the house has a large kitchen, you can enjoy fantastic local cuisine in the restaurants that are within walking distance.

The apartment is divided into two floors, sleeping area and living area with a veranda overlooking the sea.
Each floor has its own bathroom with shower and there is an outdoor shower on the terrace.

The open-plan living area and kitchen are very spacious, and from the apartment windows you can see the cathedral bell towers and the tiled dome of St. Michael's Church.

The large terrace is the perfect place to have a glass of wine while contemplating the sunset over the sea.


There is a double sofa bed in the living room on the entry level, although we think this house is more suitable for couples.

La Maison Petit Chou is located on the second floor without a lift.
