Exclusive apartment located 5 km from the center of Alghero, on the coast road that leads from Alghero to Bosa.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building that stands in a beautiful cove called Cala Burantinu,
one of the most beautiful sea areas in the whole north-west of Sardinia.
The house overlooks the emerald sea given by the completely sandy seabed that characterizes the area,
in fact, under the house there are two beautiful beaches, one small and one a little larger called Spiagge del Burantinu.
These beaches can only be reached by sea as all the back part is private property.
The apartment is about 90 square meters of covered plus another 70 square meters of terrace completely overlooking the sea, where you can admire spectacular sunsets.
Internally it consists of a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms each with a bathroom.
Externally the terrace is furnished with a barbecoe, sun loungers, table with chairs, and shower.
The apartment is equipped with Wi Fi system.

Unglaubliche Einzellage

Wir haben uns unglaublich wohl in dieser Wohnung gefühlt. Die Lage ist einzigartig. Den Strand hatten wir für uns alleine. Für Gehbehinderte ist der kleine Strand leider nicht zu erreichen, da man etwas klettern muss, um dahin zu kommen. Die Terrasse und die Aussicht sind unbeschreiblich schön. Es gibt verschiedene Sitz und Liegemöglichkeiten. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, es fehlte an nichts. Die Bäder sind sehr sauber und alles neu und wunderschön. Die Matratzen waren sehr sauber, sahen aus wie neu. Die Anfahrt ist etwas schwierig.. Es ist eine kurvenreiche Schotterpiste mit tiefen Löchern und Rillen. Die Vermieterin ist unglaublich nett und freundlich. Wir können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.
