The apartment is 75 square meters and consists of a living room and separate kitchen, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite with the master bedroom.
All rooms have a French window with a balcony, ideal for families or couples and for those who love tranquility and outdoor space.
From this year (2024), air conditioning is present in all rooms following a renovation project of the property.
The area is well equipped with the main services.
You will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival.
In case you do not receive the contract on time, you will need to contact the managing agency the property to the number indicated on the booking confirmation.
