A perfect retreat

We had the perfect holiday. We are a very busy family and rarely get chance to even eat at the same time due to rugby, football, judo, brownies etc. Villa Donzell was the perfect place to relax and have fun. Very private, surrounded by nature but a short drive from all the amenities. Excellent!

Wonderful holiday

This was our first time to Sardinia and we had an amazing time. The Villa was exactly as expected and more. The facilities and cleanliness were great. The only downside was the unpredictability of the weather, so we would visit again May/June to reep the full benefit of the pool. However, we had a great time and Mauro and his Dad were super helpful and made us feel very welcome. We will most definitely return and would recommend the villa to everyone.

A Sanctuary from the World

Villa Donzell is fantastic! Villa was great and the outdoor space was amazing with easy access to Alghero and all of the restaurants and shops. Very well maintained gardens, pool area and barbeque area provided all the requirements for a relaxing week. Although the supermarkets are only a few minutes drive away, after a long journey a small food package on arrival would have been welcomed. That said, Mauro and Salvatori were both really helpful throughout an excellent stay.

Relaxing Villa nothing too much trouble for the hosts

We spent a week in this lovely villa, stayed in many great places before but this was great, completely private, but only ten minutes from town ( but a car is a must) on a south facing hillside, the sun tracks across the pool during the day and then over the hill as you sit in the evening The photos underestimate the size of the garden and pool and the house is great too, each space is large, we had 6 people but 8 or 10 wouldn't be too many in the summer as the outside space just keeps giving Mauro and his father are fantastic - ask them a question they answer immediately, or if it's more serious it just gets fixed, I told him on a Sunday that one air conditioner wasn't working great, by Monday lunchtime it had been completely replaced Will certainly come back again

Our stay at Villa Donzell was amazing. Mauro was a brilliant host answering any enquiries we had. A spacious property with a large pool to match. Many an evening spent in the outdoor dining area which allowed us to relax whilst watching the sunset.

Peaceful and tranquil

Villa Donzell was an idyllic peaceful and tranquil place to stay. Out in the countryside but only a 10 minute drive to the beautiful town of Alghero, where you will discover endless pizzerias and seafood restaurants along with the marina and Old Town. The Villa was fabulous providing all we needed for our stay. The garden area was fantastic, very large pool, superb outside dining area with BBQ and plenty of garden space to roam around, we spent the majority of our time outside. The local beaches are a must, fine white sand with turquoise sea, fantastic views and ample parking. The owners were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. They lived just up the road and were very approachable. We would highly recommend this villa.

What a lovely villa!

We were absolutely delighted with our stay. A lovely, well maintained home with excellent pool surrounded by beautiful gardens. Our family felt safe and private. We couldn't have asked for more. Mauro was always available to help with the tiniest issue even sorted our flat tyre out!! Absolutely excellent. Thank you villa Donzella.

Beautiful vacation home in stunning location

The villa is beautiful and has all the amenities you could need, just as described. It is secluded, quiet and on a big, very well maintained property. It is ideally situated to explore the northwest corner of Sardinia, as many beautiful beaches and towns can be reached within a thirty minute drive. The large pool is wonderful and great to have!Communication with Mauro was simple and quick and he was very helpful, also in providing tips for the area.We had a wonderful time there and can definitely highly recommend this vacation home!

Tolles Haus, super Pool, super grosser Garten (realisiert man auf den Fotos gar nicht) Das Anwesen ist über eine Privatstrasse mit dem Auto sehr gut erreichbar. Tolle Lage (10 Minuten mit dem Auto nach Alghero) verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Mauro und sein Vater sind super herzlich, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Schöne Villa mit traumhafter Außenanlage

Die Villa und vor allem der Garten haben unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Der Pool ist riesig und der Garten top gepflegt. Alles ist für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt vorhanden. Mauro und sein Vater haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und waren bei Bedarf sofort zur Stelle. Nach Alghero sind es wenige Minuten mit dem Auto und die Lage top. Wir würden dieses Haus sofort wieder buchen.

Absolut ruhige Lage, wunderschöne Natur. Mauro und sein Papa sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Mauro ist auch immer erreichbar. Das Haus selbst ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Hier würden wir gerne wieder kommen.

Deux semaines de rêve dans une très belle maison

La maison est très pratique, spacieuse et fonctionnelle. Les atouts principaux de la villa sont son jardin et sa piscine qui sont tous les deux très grands et très bien entretenus. La vue sur la colline est aussi très belle. La maison est aussi tres priche du centre ville d'alghero, pour profiter des restaurants et de la vie nocturne. L'ensemble est vraiment harmonieux et confortable, idéal pour passer des vacances reposantes en famille ou entre amis.

Traumhaftes Anwesen - perfekt für Familienauszeit

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Villa Donzell. Angefangen beim herzlichen und völlig unkomplizierten Empfang durch Mauro und Salvatore, über die gute Ausstattung hin zum picobello gepflegten Garten (der noch viel größer ist, als es auf den Bildern erscheint) und Aussenbereich mit Terrasse, Grill & neuen Liegen. Das Highlight ist der wirklich große Pool - mehr braucht man zum Familienglück nicht! Die Villa liegt etwas abgelegen - absolute Ruhe (nur Kühe, Vögel, Frösche) 2-3 Ferienhäuser in der Nachbarschaft. Daher muss man für alles immer ein Stück fahren… dennoch: wir werden wieder kommen! 🤩 Danke Mauro & Salvatore für die wunderschöne Zeit in eurer Villa

Sehr schönes und ruhiges wohnen

Die Villa war super, das ganze Gelände und die Pool. Einfach klasse. Es ist etwas abseits von dee Straße, aber dafür hat man komplett seine Ruhe und ist unter sich. Einfach nur schön und zu empfehlen.

Wunderschöne Villa

Wir haben einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt genossen. Die Villa ist wie beschrieben, der Garten mit dem Pool wunderbar und gerade für Familien zu empfehlen. Die Straße zur Villa ist ziemlich beschädigt und ein Geländewagen ist angeraten. Danke an Salvatore und Mauro.

Living in Paradise

We had a wonderful time in this phantastic house. Everything was in perfect condition. The pool and the Jacuzzi exceeded our expectations we had before. The exterior was adorable. Nature and Peace. Mauro and Salvatore are such nice persons. Very kind, always prepared to help and very symphatic. We enjoyed our stay there every single minute and will come again.

Wonderful vacation at a wonderful house and garden

First of all the house, the garden and swimming pool are amazing. There is also a place for barbecue, Boccia, children swing and for eating outside. The house is well maintained and the owners are Espe nice and always up for a joke. Also the Organisation went without any problem and we can highly recommend this place! Thanks to Salvatore and Mauro from Ergün, Felicitas, Dirk, Birgit, Mina, Marlon and Jonas
