Villa Reina Del Mar is a modern, luxurious newly built villa located in north-western Sardinia near Alghero in a privileged position right in front of the sea and from which you can enjoy a spectacular view. It is possible to swim right in front of the villa thanks to a path that leads directly from the villa to the rocks below. However, only 350 meters from the villa you can reach the sandy beach of Punta Negra. Other beaches not far away and easily reachable in a few minutes are for example Le Bombarde, where there is also an adventure park, Il Lazzaretto, or the vast Maria Pia beach with its fine white sand. You can also visit Capo Caccia with the Grotte di Nettuno or the Natural Park of Porto Conte.

The villa can accommodate up to 16 people as it has 8 double bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, therefore suitable also for large groups. All the bedrooms have air conditioning and large windows with sea views.
Equipped with all the comforts, including a private swimming pool, a well-kept garden, the villa also has big terraces where you can enjoy meals while admiring the view and unforgettable sunsets.
Alghero, also known as the Sardinian Barceloneta, is only 3-4 kilometers away, while Alghero-Fertilia Airport is only 6 kilometers away.
