Good location however

There were a few improvements to be made to the property. To bring it to a top standard. 1 crack on WHB. Leaks to floor. 2. Tiles lifting in kitchen lounge area 3 no air con in main bedroom - the place need it most! 4.no cover on roof terrace -.in practice the roof terrace is only useable in the night. 5. The charge of 95 for cleaning and bedding is a bit much . People who fly won't be taking bedding / towels with them. Most places on the complex don't charge this 30 euro. 1 keyholders. Were very attentive and were always accommodating A asked to stay for extra hour and it was no problem. 2. It's still a value for money place to stay. 3 Most of the appliances were new 4 it was clean and tidy on arrival 5. I would stay again T

Nice apartment on a great Condado.

A well equipped apartment with comfy beds. The sun terrace is very well equipped too. The only equipment missing for us was a microwave and a hair dryer. Jill was helpful and very knowledgable and she was able to get us into the property a bit earlier which was much appreciated.

Le lieu: Endroit tres bien entretenu et en plus sécurisé. Dommage qu'il n'y ait rien de typique espagnol (pas de boutique, ni de restaurants typique tapas espagnols). Grosse communaute anglaise. Appartement: bemol sur la terrasse. Pas nettoyée donc plein de sable. Barbecue douteux. Le mobilier abîmé. Literie à revoir.
