The accommodation, with modern decoration and high-quality furniture, has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with a convertible double bed into two single beds, both equipped with air conditioning and luggage space, ensuring comfortable rest. The living-dining area incorporates a fully equipped American kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances (washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave, among others), designed to offer comfort and functionality. Additionally, you can relax on a small terrace ideal for enjoying a morning coffee or a quiet reading.



The bathroom is spacious and modern, with a shower tray for your comfort. Among the additional amenities of the apartment are wifi internet access, heat pump heating, community swimming pool, outdoor parking in the same building and elevator, facilitating your stay.
