This beautiful country house offers a spacious and sunny space for up to 6 people, with a perfect location just 10 minutes from the centre of Alhaurín de la Torre and Alhaurín el Grande. You can enjoy golf, gastronomy, culture and leisure without the need for long journeys If you feel like exploring a bit more, the beaches of Torremolinos and the centre of Málaga are about 25 minutes by car, thanks to the excellent road network in the area.



Accommodation and Distribution

The property has four bedrooms: three with a double bed and 1 with two single beds, as well as two full bathrooms with shower trays and a toilet.



Inside, the living room with a fireplace is a cosy corner to share moments in winter, while in summer you will enjoy the pool and covered outdoor areas under the warm sun of Málaga. The pool, safe and fenced, is ideal for children to have fun while adults comfortably watch them from the barbecue area equipped with outdoor furniture to enjoy the views and atmosphere both day and night



For greater peace of mind, the swimming pool has a security gate to prevent unwanted access by the youngest. The comfortable sun loungers next to the pool invite you to relax and sunbathe at any time of the year, as the pool remains ready for a dip throughout the year, although it is not heated.



The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, so you can prepare those delicious holiday lunches without rushing, enjoying the pleasure of cooking in a relaxed and family atmosphere



The Smart TV in the living room allows both adults and children to enjoy their favourite series and programmes with the best technology.
