The 160 square meters of the house are distributed into 4 bedrooms, all with air conditioning (cold/heat), 3 bathrooms all with showers, living-dining room, and kitchen.

The first two bedrooms are doubles, both with a double bed of 1.5 m x 2 m and en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom has two single beds of 0.9 m x 2 m, and the fourth bedroom has a double bed of 1.35 m x 1.9 m. These last two rooms have an independent bathroom.

The spacious and cozy living-dining room will offer you warm evenings. Among the delights the villa offers is the kitchen with a view, surely inspiring you to prepare delicious dishes using its fully-equipped facilities.

Outside, the whole family can cool off in the large swimming pool after sunbathing. Around the villa, lush fruit trees grow, such as orange trees, mandarins, loquats, cherimoyas, and avocados. The house does not have a barbecue due to its location in a highly protected natural area, but it is equipped with an electric grill to make your barbecues.

Access is mostly paved, with only 100 meters of the path unpaved. The country house has parking space for three vehicles.
