Fantastic Villa overlooking the Bay of Malaga and the Sierra de Mijas very close to everything 1 km from the Lauro Golf course, about 20 minutes from the beach, 20 minutes from the airport and 25 minutes from Malaga capital.
The house has 240 m2 on two floors, 3 bedrooms upstairs with a large bathroom with shower and hot tub and an outdoor terrace, on the ground floor there is 1 bedroom, a toilet, a large living room and full kitchen, plus a large porch overlooking the large heated pool (check price of the pool's air conditioning with owner)
Plot of 5,000 m2 composed of more than 1,000 m2 of recreational area with heated pool with sun loungers, barbecue, playground for children with swings, basketball basket, ping pong table, billiards, hammock etc ... The Villa is very large and a traditional Spanish style. The pool and pool area were lovely. It felt like you were in a hotel as the pool is large and there are plenty of sun beds and is very clean and tidy. The location was great. 10 mins to a couple of supermarkets and fuel stations. Easy to get to from the airport. Close to Malaga, Torremolinos, and many other towns. The hosts were great. Met us at the villa and explained everything and also sent lots of information about the local area. There are solar cells being used which is good too. We were a party of 8 all adults but could have easily been 12 without any problems at all. The pool table, table tennis, and basket ball was used regularly. We used the outdoor kitchen for cooking and the well equipped kitchen. The chicken were a great addition and provided plenty of eggs.

We had the best vacation in this house as two families. Lots of room. Verry clean. The best host. We really enjoyed the heated pool since it was october. I really hope we can get back and stay in this house again.

We recently stayed at Villa Vereda del Palmar for 10 days, myself and my husband and our 3 young children, it was amazing, the hosts were really lovely people, extremely helpful with providing any information about the local area we needed. We had no problems or issues but we are sure they would have resolved anything for us in an instant. The Villa itself was very clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything we could possibly have wanted. The outside area was brilliant, a really good size pool with a really fun slide and diving board that our children absolutely loved!! The pool table, ping-pong, and a basketball hoop were a big hit with us all, our two boys loved collecting the eggs each morning from the resident chickens, we highly recommend this villa to anybody looking in this area, can't fault it.

We have just spent one week as a family of 7 at this amazing villa.It exceeded all of our expectations. The owners were nothing short of incredible. We didn’t have a hire car so they called taxis for us wherever and whenever we wanted to go somewhere which was so helpful. We ate out twice at evening time, one area to the left and another area to the right of the villa and loved both areas . I would recommend trying pub Bolin and the meat restaurant 2 doors down was beautiful. The house was spotless, the pool was beautiful, the grounds were out of this world. Figs, olives and lemons from the trees and can’t forget all the eggs from the chickens ! My little boy loved collecting them each day. Lots of pool floaties and lots of family games to play. The rooms were all of a great size and all had TVs. Lots of pots and pans and lovely bbq area. Sunrise at 7.30am on the top of the terrace were outstanding . Really didn’t want to leave and would love to return next year. Thank you Marcicarmen

This property is absolutely incredible. Quiet location, plenty of space and everything you could possibly need on site.The attention to detail from the hosts was incredible. Nothing was too much trouble and they were both so friendly and welcoming.The house is absolutely beautiful and the view of the mountains is stunning! The pool and outside area are gorgeous with so much to do for all ages.Plenty of parking and the shops/beaches only a little drive away.Check in and out process is really easy.I really can't say enough about this property. It's even better than the photos. I would not hesitate to come back again!

Great Family home

We had a fantastic two-week vacation at the villa with my partner and our three children. The villa exceeded our expectations — it included all the listed amenities and even some pleasant surprises, like a TV in every room and a karaoke set in the living room. Everything was spotless, and the pool was regularly cleaned every 3 to 4 days.The owners were incredibly kind and helpful, offering us plenty of great tips for exploring the Malaga area. The location of the villa is ideal for day trips — within an hour’s drive, we visited Marbella, Nerja, Torremolinos beach, Mijas, and of course, Malaga itself.There are also two great restaurants just a minute's drive away, and a supermarket conveniently located about five minutes from the villa.Overall, a perfect place for a relaxing and fun family getaway!

Faultless. Loved it so much.

We had a wonderful week. The villa was amazing, and so much to do. The swimming pool, with inflatables, karaoke, table tennis, football game, basket ball, a pool table and the list goes on. Very clean and well eqipped, tv in all the bedrooms. It realĺy is the perfect villa. The chickens are so adorable, and the fresh eggs were delicious, far too many for us to eat. Our hosts were so friendly and went above and beyond to make sure our holiday was the best it could be. Thank you both so much. We hope to come back one day.

Beautiful house for a great vacation

Our party was 2 families with kids and we had great time in this beautiful house. Maricarmen and Miguel were so welcoming and friendly hosts. The house was perfectly equipped, with all kitchen appliances, and barbacue equipment. The pool was nicely heated and clean. Everything was perfect and would definitely come back.

True gem of Andalusia

Absolutely Amazing Stay!We had an incredible time at this holiday villa. Great holiday!

We spent a fantastic week here. Hosts are very welcoming and helpful. House is very well equipped, heated pool allows you to use it anytime. Property is situated in a calm area but very close to Malaga. Highly reccomended! I'm sure we will be coming back at some point!

October Break

Invited some family and friends to join us for the October break. Our hosts were fantastic as was the Villa. The pool is large and easily accommodated the 12 guests. We paid a bit extra to have the pool heated and it makes a difference that time of the year. We had a fantastic holiday so thanks again. Junior, Andrea and Friends.

Marvellous Malaga

We loved our two weeks in Malaga in Villa Vereda del Palmar. The villa was just fabulous and perfect for our family needs, very comfortable with lots of character. Miquel and Mariecarmen were perfect hosts, nothing was too much trouble. The pool was fantastic and we couldn’t have asked for me. Really hope we will be able to return soon

Great Family Week - Chilling

This is a fantastic Villa for groups or families and has everything you could need, plenty of space, great facilities, chickens that lay 5-9 eggs each day for breakfast, fruit trees in the gardens, a great pool and lovely BBQ, the wifi was good, the villa was spotless and the hosts Miguel and Maricarmen were on hand if you needed anything, there were 5 of us, family with Grandma, parents and 2 teen boys, the boys loved the pool and the fast wifi. Thanks Maricarmen and Miguel and see you again soon.

14 night stay

We made contact with the owner days before we went and arrange a meeting time for arrival. The owners where more than helpful nothing was a problem for them. The owners came back and forwards to attend to the chickens and top the chemicals up in the pool when they where over they would give recommendations on where to visit witch was helpful. The house and garden was clean and tidy and well equipped. I would recommend hiring a car for traveling and shoping. One of our guests had a wheelchair and the ground level bedroom shower and toilet was a blessing and worked well. We will definitely be back. Kris & Agnes.

A taste of everything good

On arrival the owners insisted on meeting us even though it was the early hours of the morning and this personal touch continued throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble. If we wanted information about local amenities or friendly advice they were always available. The villa was exceptionally well maintained. The poolside was beautifully kept with enough chairs, beds floatables for my grandchildren to use. We were a family of 9 ranging from the ages of 4 -80 and each and every one of us found our time in the villa most enjoyable. We all thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and preferred spending our time at the villa which was a home from home than going out. Thankyou

Am amazing time

Just been back a couple of weeks now! Must say that we have to give 5 stars plus. , the actual villa is very well looked after everything you need is there , kids also loved the fact that they could grab eggs from the hens. Eggs on demand!! We paid for the pool to be heated and must say what a bonus a massive pool we all enjoyed it even on the colder days. The owners them selves are so helpful couldn’t be more thankful. Even left wee floatys for kids in the pool. Just the little things what make the holiday and you guys tick all the boxes , we will definitely stay in touch for the next time. Superb Villa

This is a lovely Villa, which fully delivered all of our family requirements. Its location was perfect, private for the family needs and located near enough to enjoy the tourist places. The hosts were lovely people who couldn't do enough to ensure our stay was perfect. We will be booking again for 2025 and would have no issue in recommending other people to use.

Beautiful Villa in the heart of the countryside with wonderful hosts

Villa Vereda excelled in all of our expectations - from the moment we met the exceptional owners who welcomed us into the beautiful villa they had created thinking of every detail for a large family or friends gathering. The villa was in the heart of the countryside overlooking mountains and so peaceful and beautiful. Paying to heat the swimming pool was a bonus and much enjoyed by the family in addition to the pool table and the basket ball net. There was an outside barbecue area as well as a fully stocked kitchen and a washing machine. The rooms (all double beds) were tastefully decorated and spacious. There were a total of 2 showers and bathrooms in the villa. Literally fresh eggs were available daily from their chickens on the property. The owners were wonderful people who responded immediately to every question and could tell us about local facilities. I would highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting the area - but you do need a car to get there and it was about 25min drive from Malaga.

Great Holiday in Spain

This is a great family property with owners who cannot do enough for you. Met at check in, shown how everything works, gave local advise about restaurants, shops and sports facilities. Property is large and spacious, really well equipped. Big beds and rooms all clean, with towls for showers and pool use. Big pool, lots of games, table football, pool table and table tennis so lots to do everyday, along with chickens to collect fresh eggs from on a daily basis. Absolutly recommend this large family villa.

Fantastic!!

We’ve just arrived home from Villa Vereda del Palmer and we have the holiday blues already. We didn’t want to leave. We’ve had 2 amazing weeks, myself my husband and daughter age 14. On arrival we were met by Mariecarmen and Miguel to show us round the place. They are so nice people and very helpful with anything you need, they can’t do enough for you. The villa is a lovely large spacious home from home villa with all you need for home cooking etc. it’s a very lovely typical Spanish style house and that’s what we were looking for. Very clean too and well kept. The outside space is fantastic with pool table ping pong etc. the pool is huge with inflatable pool toys slide etc. Great gas bbq that we used on a number of occasions. The chickens were great and laid around 5-6 eggs daily so plenty for breakfast. You definitely need a car but it’s so lovely and quiet with complete privacy. It takes roughly around 20 minutes to get to Torremolinos and Benalmádena. 20 minutes from the airport too and Lidl 10 minutes away so everything in reaching distance. We would definitely recommend this villa and we’ll definitely be returning.

Family Break

We had a fabulous week at the Villa. The hosts kindly sourced two child car seats which saved a significant amount of money over what we would have paid the car rental company. They could not have been more welcoming. The Villa is fabulous and a real home from home. The outside space is second to none and has a feel of a mini private resort with the ping pong table, pool table and table football. The pool is a great size and like brand new. We had the a wonderful experience. We highly recommend!
