The living-dining room, spacious and functional, connects to an American kitchen fully equipped with modern appliances such as refrigerator, microwave, oven, and coffee maker, ideal for preparing delicious home-cooked meals. Cool nights become cosy thanks to a fireplace (firewood not included). The two bedrooms have air conditioning, built-in wardrobes and exterior views; one with a double bed and another with two single beds, adapting to family needs. The accommodation also has an interior bathroom with shower and an exterior bathroom next to the barbecue area for greater comfort.



Its strategic location places the house just 6 km from the centre of Alhaurín el Grande and a short distance from supermarkets, restaurants and golf courses.
