This charming rural house in Alhaurín el Grande offers an intimate and familiar atmosphere ideal for disconnecting at any time of the year. With capacity for eight people and single-storey architecture, it has 4 bedrooms (three with double beds and one with two single beds) distributed in two wings for greater privacy. Each wing has a full bathroom, ensuring comfort for all guests.

Located just 4 km from the urban centre, this property combines the tranquillity of the rural environment with proximity to supermarkets, restaurants and points of interest such as golf courses, natural parks and beaches less than 30 km away. The area is ideal for families and children, and access includes 500 metres of unpaved road.



Surrounded by vegetation and with views of the mountain and the garden, the house has spacious outdoor areas where you can relax and enjoy the outdoors. The private pool facing the sun is perfect for cooling off or sharing fun moments with the little ones. In addition, it has three furnished outdoor areas, ideal for family gatherings or simply reading and contemplating the landscape.



Inside, the house offers three rooms with differentiated environments: a dining room adjacent to the kitchen, ideal for preparing and enjoying meals with family; an elegant living room with a fireplace and television that connects to the terrace; and a third living room with classic decoration, comfortable sofas and another TV that separates the two bedroom spaces, providing privacy and comfort.



The independent kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances (fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, etc.) and enjoys good natural lighting thanks to its wide windows with views of the garden.



Among the additional amenities, electric radiator heating, air conditioning in the living room, fans, washing machine, dryer, barbecue, outdoor parking on the same property, and WiFi connection stand out.
