Holiday villa in Alhendin, province of Granada, Andalucia.

This lovely countryside property lies only 12 km south of Granada, surrounded by cultivated fields and near several small towns where you can find everything you might need to make the most of your holidays.

The 5,000 sq-mt plot features two separate houses, i.e. the main accommodation and a smaller one. The houses are rented out together, thus ensuring you won’t have to share the holiday villa with anyone else. A third building is present inside the plot, where the owners live with their dog and cat.

The main house, decorated in a rustic style, features an extremely cosy living area, where comfortable sofas face a massive fireplace near a flatscreen TV. Besides, two dining tables provide various spots where you can enjoy your meals. From the living room, a few steps lead to the fully equipped independent kitchen; the bedrooms area is also reachable from the living area. Both bedrooms are provided with two single beds and an en-suite with a shower, as well as warm/cool air-con (which is also located in the living room).

The other building can accommodate two more people, and it’s reachable via a staircase from the garden of the property. In addition to being provided with a gorgeous little terrace with BBQ and outdoor dining table, the studio flat also relies on two comfortable single beds, a living area with a galley corner and a bathroom with shower.

The outdoor area, which is shared with the owners and the tenants of a 4th smaller apartment in the plot, features a perfectly maintained garden, where a splendid pool is located. Surrounded by olive, almond and fruit trees, you will have the chance to relax and cool down in the pool from May to October, enjoy your meals under the pergola and let your children play on the swing.

The access to the villa is made possible via a 50-mt unpaved lane.

As a guest of this villa, you'll find barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
