Casas do Poente is a property with 3 houses: the main house and 2 independent cottages – Casinha do Burro and Casinha da Cabra – each with its own private patio and terrace. There is a shared entrance through a white gate into a small garden with fruit trees, a vegetable patch, and an outdoor shower.
Note: Only one pet is allowed, and an additional fee applies for guests bringing a dog.
Casas do Poente is located in a quiet, secluded area of the village, on a closed square that ensures peace and privacy. Casinha do Burro features 1 bedroom with a double bed, a living/dining room with a fully equipped kitchenette, a wood-burning stove, 1 bathroom, and a private patio—perfect for outdoor meals.
We kindly ask guests to keep their dog on a leash when entering and leaving the shared garden. There is easy, free parking outside the property. We use 100% renewable energy. The house has central heating (underfloor) and a wood-burning stove with plenty of firewood, ensuring comfort on cold winter days. High-speed Wi-Fi is available, ideal for digital nomads.
Organic liquid hand soap, organic dishwasher detergent, and an organic multi-purpose cleaner are provided. You will also find 4 recycling bins—for plastic, glass, paper, and organics—making waste separation easy and encouraging sustainable practices to reduce your carbon footprint. The house does not have a TV or air conditioning.
