Villa Ocean Breeze has an area of 340m2, plus a garden and a heated pool, all located on a plot of ca. 1800m2. Its location is on top of the Costa Vicentina Natural Park and is approximately 400m from the cliff and the sea. Large common room with open kitchen, dining room table for 10 people, comfortable sofas with flat TV and snooker billiards area, 3 bedrooms all en-suite with BTHR and double bed, and a dormitory for 4 children or young people with BTHR exclusive and adjacent. Exceptional location and all the necessary amenities for a great and peaceful holiday on the Costa Vicentina.
In the garden there is a heated pool area with an outdoor table, pool beds and umbrellas and a well-kept lawn, at the end of which a door gives direct access to the Natural Park. On the other side of the house there is a huge rock garden with some trees, a putting green with 9 holes and approximately 70m2, and a pétanque or football field. The laundry room and kitchen are equipped with modern machines and essential utensils for a comfortable stay for 10 people.
