It is a studio apartment with 4 beds on the first floor of a building renovated a few years ago. It consists of a double bed, 2 single sofa beds and a bathroom with shower. It is equipped with a brand new small kitchenette with a single induction hob, and is equipped with a microwave and refrigerator.
Don't worry, if you don't like cooking, you can enjoy a delicious pizza in the pizzeria downstairs. Seriously, right on the lower floor!
There is also an external parking lot nearby, as well as several public parking lots a few dozen meters away.
The San Marco 1 apartment is ideal for those who want to stay in the town center and have all amenities right outside, reaching restaurants, bars, shops, and playgrounds on foot.
It is particularly strategic for winter sports enthusiasts, who can reach the nearest ski areas in just a few minutes (also with the skibus, whose stop is only 100 meters from the apartment): Ski Civetta and the Arabba-Marmolada ski area, with connection to the Sellaronda - one of the most exciting ski tours in the Dolomites.
