This large, detached stone house, slightly secluded on the edge of a stream, is a former 19th-century family farmhouse. It comprises two adjoining, completely independent cottages, each with its own entrance and private outdoor space, just 2.5 km from the medieval town of Allègre.

Nearby attractions include: the medieval town of Allègre (with its ancient gallows, Brosset Tower, and charming narrow streets) 2.5 km away; Mont Bar, the iconic volcano of the Velay region, and its peat bog 5 km away; Lake Malaguet 9 km away (offering swimming, fishing, and water sports); Saint-Paulien 15 km away, the ancient Gallo-Roman capital of the Velay, with its aquatic center (indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, hammam, water slides, and water games in season); and La Chaise-Dieu 18 km away (with its abbey church and renowned sacred music festival). Numerous hiking and mountain biking trails are accessible from the property. All shops, services, and the weekly market are located in Allègre (2.5 km). Ground floor: living room/kitchen (TV), WC.
