Warmth when it was freezing outside and great parking for my commercial vehicle was most memorable. I had to shovel my spot for over an hour, which I didn't mind. Someone in a tiny sportscar took my spot 2 days later. For the $1000+ I gave them, they should have had a sign made up for me reserving the parking spot that I shoveled out myself in the very least. The staff isn't accommodating at all, not even if you're a high-roller. I shouldn't have been ignored as some low life rube.

Upon arriving during a blizzard front deck employees were nice and pleasant. My room was clean.. bed was and pillows were soft. The bathroom was clean and very good shower pressure. The hotel itself was clean from the moment I walked in. They have a little restaurant/ bar that serves your average food. Hamburgers, fries, ext.. they have breakfast every morning. 1st morning they had sausage and eggs. Belgian waffles. That you make. If course all the norm at a hotel breakfast. Bagels, yogurt, cereal, danishs, toast. Kinda stuff..2 nd morning I was there they had eggs and bacon plus the other things. overall very nice place and the location is perfect. Near a lot of things to do. When the weather is nice can walk around Southside which has a lot of different restaurants and bars near by.

A Perfect Stay at Comfort Suites (Bethlehem PA) My husband & I recently had the pleasure of staying at Comfort Suites Bethlehem, and I can honestly say it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like royalty. The check-in process was seamless, and we were warmly welcomed with a smile. The room was absolutely perfect—spacious, immaculate, and beautifully designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we were able to get the best night’s sleep. The attention to detail in the room, from the linens to the amenities, made our stay feel like a true retreat. The hotel’s facilities are top-notch as well. We particularly enjoyed the Hill to Hill Grille in the lobby. The prices and the food – they offer room service! – were perfect. The hotel is in excellent proximity to the arts district and Wind Creek casino. What truly set this stay apart was the service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every need was met, and their warmth and hospitality made our feel right at home. Overall, our stay at Comfort Suites Bethlehem was nothing short of perfect. We can’t wait to return in the summer and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable experience. used to stay here all the time about 10-15 years ago so when I had a chance to come into town again, I stayed here again. This hotel is very well located and I could walk everywhere I needed to. I felt very safe walking around by myself. The staff was all so friendly. Everyone in this town was so friend!
