The room was very clean and tidy. Went to make up the sofa bed and had only the blanket and 2 pillows. No sheets or pillowcases. We called the desk which took 5 minutes for someone to answer. They were very prompt with delivery after they finally answered the phone.

Pedro is awesome ! Great check in as always ! Thank You ! This hotel has a low rating but trust me don’t believe everything you read. I stay in a lot of hotels on a regular it is not as bad as people make it out to be. It’s safe ! It’s Quiet ! Parking is simple free and abundant. Breakfast area is clean and fully stocked. We really enjoyed the location and the price for the weekend. Close to many areas we were visiting. The breakfast we didn't eat because the meats didn't look well-cooked, and there were limited options to choose from.
