Good rooms. Large and comfy. In an area that is on the edge of a downtown historic and dining area. Convenient to mass transit and walkable. Moravian College dorms are right by it as are the City parking garages.

We’ve been visiting the Hyatt Bethlehem for two years, and it’s always a pleasure to return. The same friendly staff has been here day and night, which makes it feel like home. It’s great to see familiar faces like Pam at the front desk and sweet Rose, who takes such good care of the breakfast service. The hotel is just two blocks from Main Street in a safe and convenient area. We love staying here and will definitely be back

Nice Hotel.. but

Unless you really look at the website, you will not see that there is a $12 extra fee for parking. The parking is across the street in the cities parking garage because the hotel is downtown Bethlehem and there’s no parking lot. So that would make the price of the nightly stay higher than you thought it was when you booked. The hotel is very nice clean and they are all very friendly. Having the parking lot across the busy street in a parking garage was inconvenient and I just didn’t like not being able to run out to my car to get items and instead I had to go across the street down the elevator onto the third floor to go into the parking garage although the hotel was very nice and the staff was friendly. I will most likely look for another hotel next time I come to the area that has a convenient parking lot and then I wouldn’t be charged the extra fee as well. That’s just me. Again, good city location, nice clean hotel and friendly staff.

My only negative experience was parking . I wasn’t aware parking was $12 a day . Wasn’t aware when I asked . There’s street parking could have park on the street .

The area the hotel is located is in a nice area. There is a small shopping area near by that very cute and nice to visit. The breakfast at the hotel is not the best. The staff were wonderful but the food options and the quality of the food wasn’t great to me. I’ve stayed at other Hyatt locations and their food quality was way better.

I like that everything was very convenient. The hotel was very clean. The lobby was cozy with sitting areas. The breakfast was amazing and fulfilling. A variety of food. The room was spacious and cozy. Clean and comfortable. The staff was accommodating. Pam, Shania, Kevin, Maggie and Chris was friendly and courteous to my needs. All were amazing. I would recommend this location and go back to stay.

Pleased even with odd sink location.

Location is great and in quick walking distance to Main St. Parking was easy, directly across the street in the garage. Room was a nice size and clean. A lot of lighting options were nice. Our only dislike was the bathroom sink was not in the bathroom but outside on an adjacent wall. This was concerning for hygiene reasons after using the facility and having to open the bathroom door without washing hands in the bathroom itself. We were overall pleased and would definitely stay again.
