The carpet in the hallway was musty. Hair all on tbe bathroom on tbe floor and by tbe window like they dont sweep or they didnt sweep room 107. Makeup or blood on curtains, makeup on the sheets like they werent changed, crack in tbe tub, under the main sheets hair all on the mattress pads

The hotel receptionists and staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was good, however, the only issue was the wifi being off, which also impacted the room phone connection. Other than that, it is quite cozy.

My room had lukewarm water no hot water and the beds were very uncomfortable! The room had two beds, but yet there was only two bath towels! I definitely wouldn’t grade it at very good good yeah but not very good. Also, the restaurant is only open Thursday Friday and Saturday but yet it doesn’t state that in the description.

The way I was treated by front desk lady last week I couldn't allow myself to be treated like that and I was a paying customer who've stayed their in the past with people but after being treated like I wasn't giving the same courtesy and Respect as anyone else I didn't even go their and I'll never go there or to any Ramada because of how I was treated! You have to treat customers with Respect and Appreciate our business if not than this is what happens! In 2026 people still don't treat people how they wanna be treated and definitely don't appreciate having a job!

Bathroom was showing its age: peeling paint, tub fixtures moved stiffly, exhaust fan was VERY noisy. One bug seen on the floor. Continental breakfast was pretty spare. One hand towel provided to room reserved for two guests. But staff were friendly and helpful, and room was comfortable. Personally I prefer a lower bed, but it was comfortable once I climbed into it.
