The hotel is inviting, clean and the staff are friendly. It took less than 5 minutes to check us in. The room is comfortable for our family of 6. The room has a neat seat up with two bathrooms. One bathroom has a shower and a sink, the second is just a powder room with toilet and sink.

We have stayed at the Springhill Suites many times over the years, and we have always been happy with our stay. The rooms have a lot of space, the beds and pillows are comfortable, and the towels are nice and fluffy. The rooms are clean (with the exception of an empty beer bottle we found under our bed this time). We like having the toilet (with a small sink) separate from the shower and sink room bathroom. The breakfast is good with lots of options. Plenty of seating. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. Our only complaint is housekeeping is offered every other day, and they request we re-use our towels. While this in itself isn't a problem for us, there are absolutely no towel racks in the room. Only two hooks. There were 5 of us staying in this room. We hung towels over the closet, over chairs and lamps, and over the shower stall door. We would prefer to be able to hang them in the bathroom. Overall, we were pleased with our stay and look forward to our next visit in the area.

room was freezing. Tech tried to make heater work. Failed. I froze for an hour while this was happening then moved to another room which was also freezing but heater sort of worked and in another hour was ok. Room lacked basic amenities. I couldn't drive for 24 hours and bought chicken soup and put in microwave and the package simply blew up in a minute. No housekeeping to help clean up. Then asleep at 6:00am and alarm went off in hall no explanation and shut off in fifteen minutes -- then because still couldn't drive ate free breakfast which was easily worst version of such things of all time. Morning staff was helpful. Afternoon staff was totally and entirely unhelpful. This is a Marriot. Supposed to be upscale but everything was shabby (though clean).
