I booked a DELUXE KING BEDROOM, but at check-in was told they were “sold out” of that room type, and was given a small queen room. I asked for compensation of the difference, because I knew it was a significant amount, but was only offered drink vouchers. I didn’t book this the same day, it was weeks prior. When we got to our room, it was propped open by a fan blowing into the hallway. Although the hotel took care of this issue quickly and professionally, the entire stay was a turnoff.

Well, it was all ok, but I had called beforehand to ask for a rollaway bed and they said sure. When I got there, they said NO, I can't have one. SO, there is that. Also, on the website it says a continental breakfast is complimentary, well, not there is not!
