On the ground floor, you are welcomed by a beautiful dining room in soft pink tones, a large living room with a fireplace, and a generousmeeting room. The kitchen is modern and inviting – perfect for cooking together or preparing festive dinners. Start your day with a cup of coffee at the kitchen table as the morning light streams in through the windows. Look out over the park, where hares hop and squirrels play among the century-old trees.

The ground floor also includes a double bedroom, a separate toilet, and a bathroom. Upstairs, you’ll find five spacious and tastefully decorated double bedrooms, a large bathroom with a shower, a separate guest toilet, and a practical laundry room.

As a guest, you have exclusive access to the entire house, the private garden with a patio, and the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful adjoining park. There are two additional residences on the property where the owners live permanently and are happy to share their best local tips. The charming farm buildings and stables are used privately but add to the authentic atmosphere of the estate. The pool area is available upon request and is perfect for a relaxing moment during your stay.
