SCANDALOSO

Sconsiglio vivamente questa struttura per niente seria che mi ha rovinato le vacanze in quanto non aveva la camera che avevo prenotato e pagato in anticipo... nella mattinata del 13/08/2019, ho contattato telefonicamente il B&B Volcano Domus di Alliste avvisando la struttura che sarei arrivata nella sertata tra le 19.00 e le 20.00 e mi è stato risposto da una donna che non c’era nessun problema; - arrivata alla struttura dopo le ore 19,00 mi si è presentato un uomo attempato a torso nudo e sudato dicendomi che la camera non c’era e che non sapeva cosa fosse accaduto ma non mi poteva dare la camera prenotata e PAGATA IN ANTICIPO e che dovevo capire in quanto essendo il primo anno di attività certe cose possono succedere... certo nella settimana di ferragosto queste cose possono succedere!!!!! OVVIAMENTE non mi è stata proposta nessun'altra struttura a spese loro...Sicuramente la camera era stata data a qualcuno che avrebbe fatto più notti rispetto alle mie che erano solo due... risultato? vacanze rovinate .... scappate da questa gente!!!!
