first line beach villa with great views.

pros nice villa with great sea views good location for exploring the coast.close to local resurants some closed till june.gallipoli a good place to visit.a nice patio to sit and watch the world go by.enjoy the sunset every evening. cons bedding and towels missing and a filter coffee machine would be useful.

Nous avons passés deux semaines dans cette charmante maison. Nos vacances ont été agréables... Vue magnifique sur la mer ! Possibilité de garer la voiture à l'intérieur de la cours ... Quelques électroménager sont a disposition : four, lave linge, bouilloire... Il manquerait juste un petit four à micro onde et un petit fauteuil confort !! La literie est de bonne qualité ! Et quand nous sommes arrivés la maison était propre ! TrÚs bonne expérience. Merci !

Wir sind als Familie 2 Wochen geblieben. Das Wetter war super, die Aussicht ist wunderbar, vor allem der Sonnenuntergang. Die einzigen Nachteile waren: kein WLAN und Klimaanlage. Roberto ist ein zuverlĂ€ssger Gastgeber. Wir wĂŒrden noch mal kommen!

Semplicemente un soggiorno perfetto. Casa con tutto il necessario, splendida terrazza vista mare con tramonto di fronte, mare praticamente di fronte casa. Roberto gentilissimo e disponibile, Ăš anche venuto incontro alle nostre necessitĂ  sopraggiunte di restare un giorno un piĂč rispetto al previsto

Senza alcun dubbio questa Ăš stata la peggior casa vacanza che io abbia affittato.PRIVACY e SICUREZZA ZERO : il muretto di recinzione della casa ha un altezza circa di 60 cm. qualsiasi persona lo puĂČ superare senza sporcarsi i pantaloni SERVIZI : La televisione si trova in cucina ad un altezza oltre i 2 mt. fra i pensili le sue dimensioni sono simili ad un tablet.NON ESISTE CONDIZIONATORE ma nella principale camera da letto siamo obbligati a tenere sempre la tapparella chiusa perchĂ© qualcuno sia di giorno e di notte puĂČ entrare inoltre non esiste neppure una semplice e misera zanzariera pertanto si passano notti invivibili , inoltre la casa ha una stanzetta piccolissima e un piccolo bagno senza finestre nĂ© aspiratori . L’unica nota positiva Ăš la struttura e fronte mare e gode di buoni tramonti ,specchietto per le allodole !!! MI CHIEDO come si fa ad affittare una Struttura come questa segnalata come ECCELLENTE Quando di eccellente ha solo l’icomoditĂ  di passare la propria vacanza .

trÚs bon séjour

Notre sĂ©jour chez Roberto a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs agrĂ©able. La maison est trĂšs bien situĂ©e pour rayonner dans la rĂ©gion qui est magnifique. La route n'est pas dĂ©rangeante et la vue est splendide : les couchers de soleil visibles depuis la terrasse sont spectaculaires. Il faisait trĂšs chaud, normal pour un mois d'aout, mais les ventilateurs au plafond dans les chambres nous ont permis de passer de bonnes nuits. La literie est confortable. La maison est propre. Un bĂ©mol, la cuisine pourrait avoir un petit peu plus d'Ă©quipement (une planche Ă  dĂ©couper et une carafe pour l'eau ne seraient pas de trop) mais ce sont des dĂ©tails qui ne nous ont pas empĂȘchĂ©s de profiter de notre sĂ©jour.

Wir hatten einen super Urlaub in einem netten Haus. WohnflÀche ca 55 m2. Das Haus war sehr sauber. DieTerrasse unter den OlivenbÀumen ist der absolute Hit. Herrlicher Meerblick mit spektakulÀren SonnenuntergÀngen. Der Vermieter war bei kleineren Problemen sofort zu erreichen und total freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist absolut zu empfehlen. Danke nochmals an den Vermieter.

Petite villa trĂšs propre et trĂšs bien situĂ©e prĂšs de la mer convient Ă  un couple. La 2eme chambre Ă  3 lits trĂšs petite et sans fenĂȘtre ne convient pas Ă  3 enfants ni Ă  un adulte. La climatisation aurait Ă©tĂ© la bienvenue dans un pays si chaud au mois d AoĂ»t.

Logement agréable en bord de mer

La maison est bien située prÚs de la mer mais c'est une cÎte rocheuse pas aisée pour la baignade d'autant que nous avons eu beaucoup de vent La chaleur était un peu excessive donc les nuits étaient un peu difficiles La terrasse était agréable meisi elle est toute proche de la route Pour l'emplacement ,un peu déçus car peu de sites tout prÚs, trÚs bien pour ceux qui veulent découvrir les plages de la cÎte ionnienne

Maison agréable et bien située

Maison agrĂ©able, Ă©quipĂ©e simplement mais largement suffisant pour une famille avec enfant. Les ventilateurs de plafond sont trĂšs apprĂ©ciables. La maison a une vue imprenable sur la mer et le fabuleux coucher de soleil depuis la terrasse qui trĂšs bien ombragĂ©e et parfaite en cas de chaleur ! Juste la rue Ă  traverser pour se baigner, cela est parfait et trĂšs agrĂ©able. Les seuls points qui font rater la 5Ăšme Ă©toile : pas de prĂ©sence de serviettes de toilettes contrairement Ă  ce qui Ă©tait notĂ© sur l’annonce et la proximitĂ© de la route qui occasionne un peu de bruit (la contrepartie pour avoir le coucher de soleil en direct de la terrasse). Un Ă©quipement de base avec sel/poivre/huile/vinaigre/ sucre serait apprĂ©ciable. Les pouilles sont une magnifique rĂ©gion et capilungo est assez calme et bien situĂ© pour rayonner dans toute la rĂ©gion.

Super petite maison avec vu sur mer.

Nous avons passe un tres bon sejour dans cette maison. La proximité de la mer nous a permis d aller tous les jours a la mer. L agence nous a meme permis si on le désirais de rester 2 jours supplémentaires j ai apprécié le geste.je recommande

È da ritornare, poiché siamo stati solo una settimana, ovviamente il mare Ú bellissimo, la casa si trova a due passi, infatti l 'ombrellone per niente utilizzato, terrazzino esterno sfruttatissimo, che aggiungerei una doccetta e anche un lavatoio.
