Villa situated on the hillside of a mountain close to the town of Almáchar, in the region of Axarquía, in the province of Malaga, Andalucia.

Thanks to its position, it receives the sunlight all day long, during both summer and winter. In the middle of its marvellous views over the mountains of La Axarquía and the town of Almáchar, you can also catch glimpse of the Mediterranean Sea. And what about the nearby vineyards and fruit trees being the first things you see in the morning?

The rustic-style holiday home is divided into three bedrooms, one with a double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower, the other two with two single beds each. There also is an extra independent bathroom with bathtub. The vast fireplace-equipped dining-living room shares space with a completely equipped open kitchen.

All bedrooms and living room are provided with warm/cool air-conditioning.

The estate where the house is situated is closed by fences and hedges, therefore it is completely private and intimate. The outside area is provided with a vast swimming pool, sun loungers where you can relax and sunbathe, a barbecue area and a huge terrace with views over the gorgeous gardens.

The access to the house is completely paved and it is 800 meters far from the Almachar- Vélez Malaga motorway.

As a guest of this cottage, you'll find barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
