First off the description says it's brand new it is not. They remodeled a couple things and left many things undone. When you first walk into the building it smells dirty. When we walked into the apartment it had a smell I don't know if it was coming from the bathroom it just smelled bad. It had a dirty feel to it it just wasn't very comfortable it had a ick vibe.
