On the main floor, you’ll find a warm and inviting space featuring a large kitchen with an island, fully equipped with modern appliances and essential cookware, utensils, and cutlery—ideal for culinary enthusiasts. Adjacent to the kitchen, the living room offers a cozy spot to relax and enjoy your favorite shows on the TV.

This floor also includes a peaceful suite with a private bathroom and shower, providing a convenient and comfortable retreat.

Upstairs, the home continues to impress with a luxurious bedroom featuring a king-size bed, an expansive closet, and a bathroom equipped with both a bathtub and a separate shower. Another bedroom offers a single bed with a pull-out mattress, making it ideal for children, while an additional double bedroom includes its own private shower.

Step outside to the inviting outdoor area, where a private pool awaits—perfect for leisurely afternoons and relaxing moments in the sun.

Families will appreciate the thoughtful amenities provided, including cribs, high chairs, and safety features, ensuring a worry-free and comfortable stay for guests of all ages.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

A bright and modern apartment in Sobreda, just a short drive from Costa da Caparica’s sandy beaches. Guests can enjoy nearby cafés, restaurants, and local shops, as well as easy access to Lisbon city center. Perfect for combining relaxing seaside days with exploring the cultural and historic attractions of the Lisbon region.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Pragal, is just a 8minutes drive.

Lisbon airport is a 20-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.


There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.


Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.


For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.


Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

This apartment offers its guests a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
