The kitchen has all the essentials you need, including an induction stove, refrigerator, and a microwave for preparing delicious meals.
This apartment has two bedrooms – one with a queen-size bed and another with two single beds that can easily be transformed into a double bed – both rooms are equipped with high-quality hotel sheets and duvets.
The bathroom has all the necessary amenities, with towels and complimentary toiletries.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Porto Brandão also provides easy access to Lisbon, allowing tourists to experience the best of both worlds – the serenity of a coastal retreat and the cultural richness of Portugal's vibrant capital.
The apartment is conveniently located 8 minutes away by boat from Belém, one of Lisbon's main tourist areas. The city centre is reachable within 20 minutes if you travel by car.
Beautiful beaches, perfect for sunbathing and surfing, are only a 10-minute drive away. We recommend renting a car or motorcycle, as complimentary parking is available around the apartment.
For a more flexible exploration of Belem's tourist attractions or a trip to the beach, consider using a bicycle, which you can take on the boat without worrying about parking fees.
Humberto Delgado Airport is approximately an hour's drive from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
