Enjoy your perfect holidays in this house with a private garden in Charneca da Caparica, ideal for a family with 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. It is only 5 minutes away by car from the beach areas, located in a quiet place.

The property features 2 bedrooms one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom, a living room equipped with a sofa, a dining area and a flat-screen TV with cable and internet channels. Guests can prepare their own meals using the fully equipped kitchen. Outside you'll find a green area where you can relax, diner and take a refreshing shower. Alternatively guests can visit the various restaurants within walking distance and taste Portuguese or international specialities. Fully equipped, you will have access to linen, towels, hairdryer, microwave, toaster, fan (summer) or heater (winter).
