This is a lovely hotel, in the heart of Almaty. We enjoyed our time here, all except for the two lengthy power outages that seem to be a common affliction here. All-in-all a pleasant stay with comfortable beds, a decent shower, and a wonderful breakfast.

Great and well kept hotel in the center of Almaty. Very friendly and helpful staff. Cozy and clean rooms. The breakfast was very diverse and tasty. Will definitely choose this hotel again!

A comfortable stay

We lived ar Holiday InnExpress for a day. Great location anf proximity to the center. I wish the reception and staff knew better English. Breakfast was included but very average. The stay was great, rooms are small but very comfortable. Overall a good one
