Casa de Sampaio, Castelo Mendo

Casa de Sampaio is a historic house located in the medieval village of Castelo Mendo, a few steps from the main tourist attractions such as the Castle, Pelourinho, churches and Urna do Fidalgo. The house is completely renovated, has two bedrooms and offers all the comfort you need to rest in a quiet environment away from the major urban centres.

￫ Building
The house is renovated and is located in the centre of the village. You will have access to free on-site parking.

￫ Bedrooms
The house has two bedrooms with a double bed.

￫ Office
The house has an office with desk, ideal for home office.

￫ Bathrooms
The flat has two bathrooms.

￫ Living room
The living room has a sofa bed and a cosy fireplace for the colder days.

￫ Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and Nespresso and Delta coffee makers (coffee not included).

￫ Laundry Area
The house has a laundry area with a washing machine.

The property is '' Self-Catered ''. Basic items are provided for your arrival, including toilet paper, kitchen roll, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. All other items must be acquired by the guest.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts from 17:00 to 21:00. Only one set of keys will be provided.
￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
￫ Check-out must be done until 12:00 am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
￫ Crib is available upon request and subject to an extra fee of 15€.
￫ In order to ensure your safety and in accordance with Covid-19 best practices, our properties are always cleaned by a professional cleaning service.
￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly bill consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
