Apartment with private garage and views of San Cristóbal beach. Located in a quiet area, just a short walk from the center of Almuñécar. From the terrace, its elevated position offers wonderful views over the city and the sea. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.



The 60 m² apartment accommodates 4 guests, is on the 10th floor of the Los Ramos complex, and was fully renovated in June 2018 to make you feel at home. It features a living room, well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, communal pool (open from May 15 to October 15, during set hours), terrace furniture, washing machine, dishwasher, and storage room.



The private, enclosed garage is within the building and accessible by elevator, so you won’t have to worry about finding street parking, which is limited and may be paid during certain seasons.



Bed linen, bath towels, and final cleaning are included in the rental price.



On a small hill lies the old town of Almuñécar, with narrow streets and typical whitewashed houses. After exploring the many shops, you can relax in one of the shaded squares and terraces.
