From the cosy seating arrangement in front of the fireplace, the outstanding dining table that sits eight to the enjoyable seating arrangement in front of the TV, it allows a fantastic bay view through the enormous picture windows. The horizon seems within one's reach, bringing enjoyment and light.

From the living you have access to one of the terraces with a chill-out area, the BBQ, and an outside table that sits eight persons. There is an awning to protect you from the sun while eating and the views are truly spectacular.

There is also an access to the pool and garden from the living room, and a shower room at this level

The fully equipped kitchen offers all the comforts. The dinner table in the kitchen seats 5, and the kitchen island sits two and is very convenient for meal preparing.. There are several access to the garden and terraces, and from the kitchen you also have access to the garden and to a wonderful terrace with outside furniture to have an informal meal.
On the lower floor, the house has 4 air conditioned bedrooms, each with a spectacular sea view. The spacious master bedroom offers the most spectacular view, has its own private bath, and has direct access to the infinity pool and garden. There is a third shower room in this floor
