Charming idyllic house with sea views in stunning surroundings

La Aldea is a fully equipped self-catering house situated in an exclusive area of Punta de la Mona in La Herradura. It's mainly on one level although there are a short set of steps to the entrance with a private garage below. The rooms are spacious, airy & decorated in a traditional rustic style with stunning views of the sea. There's a double bedroom with en-suite and lounge with sofa bed, both with access to the terrace. There is a second toilet and fully equipped kitchen with oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tall fridge/freezer.
There is no smoking in the house but you can smoke on the terrace.
The beautiful well maintained communal pool is just a minutes walk away, there is a short cut up through the gardens to the lighthouse where there are fantastic views either side of the Punta over La Herradura bay and Marina del Este.
If you like fish then the restaurant El Barco in the Marina del Este is good, although a bit pricey due to it's location being right on the waterfront of the marina. In La Herradura itself the prices are very reasonable and there is a lovely Italian restaurant called Venecia on the sea front. The natural parque of Cerro Gordo is worth a visit too along with Restaurante la Barraca on the secluded beach of Cantarriján.
