Spacious townhouse in a charming and private urbanization, approximately 3 km from Almuñécar and one of its most iconic beaches, Tesorillo. A picturesque promenade lined with palm trees leads to Velilla Beach. To fully enjoy your stay, we recommend having a car. Perched in an elevated area, the property offers breathtaking views and a serene atmosphere, just a short drive from the beach.
It is distributed in semi-floors (with stairs). It consists of 3 bedrooms (4 single beds + 1 double bed + 1 crib), 2 complete bathrooms with shower and bathtub and 1 toilet. The main floor consists of a living room with TV and SAT (French and English), DVD, a large fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, toaster, coffee maker ...), and a terrace with magnificent views of the sea and mountains. The whole house is equipped with heating / air conditioning.
The urbanization offers a beautiful infinity pool with the sea in the background and exotic gardens.
