Holiday Home 'Casa Mariposa' with Sea Views, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Spacious, modern semi-detached villa with fantastic sea views, located in the Los Pinos development within the exclusive Las Gaviotas complex. The complex consists of 10 homes sharing a large 8 x 16 m communal pool and surrounding gardens. We recommend hiring a car to fully enjoy your stay, as the property is in an elevated area offering magnificent views and a peaceful setting. The beach is just 2 minutes away by car or about 15 minutes on foot, though the return walk is steep, so using a car is advisable.



The house is spread over 3 levels. At street level, you’ll find the entrance, a bedroom (1 double bed and 1 single bed), and a bathroom with a shower. On the second floor, there is a spacious living room with large windows opening onto the terrace with excellent sea views, a large open-plan fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, fridge, induction hob, oven, etc.), a guest toilet, and a large terrace with pergola, dining area, and several sun loungers—ideal for outdoor meals and enjoying the sea and mountain views as well as the tranquility of the area.



On the top floor, there is the main bedroom with a terrace and wonderful sea views, an en-suite bathroom, two further double bedrooms, and another bathroom. All beds are double. The entire house has air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Parking is available on the property and on the street.

Atrmberaubender rundum Meerblick

Pros: Der Aussenbereich ist riesig, es hat eine grosse überdachte und luftige Terrasse, eine Aussendusche, Spielmöglichkeiten und eine tolle Sicht. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, somit kann man auch mit offenen Fenstern ruhig schlafen. Der Pool, welchen man sich mit weiteren Parteien teilt, ist gross und oberhalb des Hauses. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und gut aufgeteilt. Der Aufenthaltsraum mit offener Küche ist grosszügig. Auch die Schlafzimmer sind geräumig und es hat 3 Bäder sowie ein Gäste WC. Die Strasse zum Strand ist auch zu Fuss gut machbar, auch wenn der Aufstieg anschliessend etwas steil ist. Cons: Die Einrichtung ist etwas abgewohnt und scheint dadurch nicht wirklich sauber. Dies gilt fürs Mobiliar wie auch für die Küchenutensilien und Töpfe, sowie Waschmaschine. Es hat einen persönlichen Touch, da das Haus tatsächlich auch von den Eigentümern bewohnt wird - muss man mögen. Trotz regelmässiger Desinsektion, ist die Region von einer Ameisenplage befallen, was es herausfordernd macht, Essen aufzubewahren. Dies ist jedoch nicht vom Vermieter zu kontrollieren. Zum Ortskern muss man mit dem Auto fahren.
