Lovely house with sunny terraces, heated pool and sauna

If you dream about the sun on your skin, a fantastic view, and leisure, we invite you to our lovely andalusian house in La Herradura, Costa Tropical. You'll fall in this city if you are looking for a sunny place all year round. You can rest more by enjoying good food or doing different sports activities.

After entering the house, you will see a comfortable living room with a dining area and kitchen. You can enjoy meals throughout the day on the beautiful, sunny terrace accessible straight from the living room.

Upstairs you will find a beautiful bedroom with a small working area, a bathroom, and a private terrace with a marvelous view.

On the lowest level, there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. In the master bedroom, there is a double bed and a small bathroom. In a guest bedroom, you can find two single beds.

You can go from the bedrooms to the lower terrace, where you can exercise or swim in a small private swimming pool (its dimensions are 2m x 3m). The pool is heated and has counter-current device for swimming and exercising in the water.

There is also aprivateexternal sauna, together with a pool providing a perfect combination for relaxation during cooler autumn and winter evenings.

Only 300 from the property there is a large public pool with small entrance fee.

You can get to La Herradura restaurants and beach by car or in around 10 mins walk. Next to the beach, you'll find bars and restaurants. La Herradura city center is a 20-25 walk.

La Herradura is between Malaga and Granada (around 80 km, 1hr drive). Each could be a one-day or weekend trip, offering many cultural events (like Flamenco shows), monuments (famous Alhambra), and great restaurants.

The ski station in the Sierra Nevada mountains is located 100 km (1hr 25 min drive) from our place, open from November until the end of April. It offers the unique possibility of skiing on the same day as swimming in the sea.

Other potential sports activities are available nearby, like paragliding, mountain hiking (hundreds of trails), canyoning, kayaking, windsurfing, and bicycle riding (routes for both mountain and road bikes).

There are extra electricity fees if you want to use sauna (50 eur per week) and pool heating (70 euro per week). Pets  fee 50 eur per stay.
