Holiday villa on the outskirts of Almuñecar, province of Granada, Andalucia.

This fabulous seafront holiday villa is ideal for a family of eight who wants to spend their holidays in a dreamlike setting. The villa is located a few steps from the seashore, and the beach is reachable on foot from the shared pool area. Besides, the comforts guarantee an unforgettable stay for all family members.

The house is distributed on two floors. Downstairs, you will find the villa's four bedrooms and three bathrooms; on the first floor, there is the living space and a separate toilet.

Two of the bedrooms are equipped with one double bed and one en-suite with a shower each. The third bedroom is furnished with one double bed and, in the fourth bedroom, you will find two twin beds. These two bedrooms share another bathroom with a shower, thus providing all the guests with enough space and intimacy to enjoy their holidays.

The welcoming rooms of the first floor are ideal for the whole family to gather together and rejoice in each other's company. The cosy dining-living room is equipped with comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV, a huge fireplace and a useful dining table. Opposite to the living room, you will find the fully equipped kitchen, which provides you with all the kitchenware and appliances that you will need during your stay at this villa. A separate toilet is also available on the first floor.

Warm/cool air-con is provided in the living room.

The cherry on the pie is undoubtedly the gorgeous private terrace that you can access from the living room. The spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea create a beautiful contrast with the whitewashed building on the other side of the street and the green leaves of the beachfront trees. You can enjoy this visually appealing picture while relaxing on the deckchairs, preparing a delicious barbeque or having breakfast in the porch.
