Villa Las Dalias Almunecar and Nerja

Villa Las Dalias is a typical Andalusian Finca style villa, next to Almunecar and close to Nerja. It is the perfect holiday home for a big family, a few families with children or up to 7 couples. The excellent facilities Las Dalias has to offer will make you come home a closer family or group of friends.

The villa faces south-west, has a surface of 334 m² inside with a unique sea view from living room, dining room and in no less than 5 of the bedrooms. Waking up, the very first thing you see is the deep blue Mediterranean Sea.

From wherever you are in the villa, the views are breathtaking and unimpeded on the beach, the Marina del Este in La Herradura, exclusive Punta de la Mona and the Mediterranean Sea.

Surface of the garden is 1500 m². It is well taken care of and it has a lovely private ( heated ) swimming pool. The villa also has a carport .

You will enter the top floor with fully equiped kitchen, large living room , beautiful second living room next the typically Andalusian windows and arches. Further up the 20 m long corridor there are 4 bedrooms, all with airconditioning, 2 bath rooms and an extra shower in the linnen room. We have named the bedrooms Mariposa, Alhambra, Toro, Flamenco (upstairs), Mar en Paraiso Azul downstairs. They are beautifully decorated according to their name.

Downstairs next to the heated pool is bar with american refrigerator serving the lounge set poolside. There are two bathrooms for the three rooms at pool level : Alpujarras, Mar an Paraiso Azul (family room with double bed and bunk bed), all three with a lovely sea view. All have immediate access to the pool area.

Outside you can relax on the spacious terraces on both levels. The terrace on the entrance level has a lovely outside kitchen with barbecue.

The very lively, typicall Spanish town of Almunecar with its wide promenades and numerous restaurants and shops, as well as beautiful, wide beaches is just walking distance away.

Villa Las Dalias is ideally located to visit all the beautiful places Andalucia has to offer : beautiful Nerja with The Balcony of Europe is just 12 miles away, Malaga , Granada and the mountains of the Sierra Nevada only 50 miles or a one hour drive. The possibilities for all kind of sports (and or off the water) are enormous.

This villa offers its guests a terrace, barbecue grills, and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
