In the village of Seda, next to Alter do Chão we find Casa D’Alice, a house that perfectly illustrates the Alentejo, its people and the art of hospitality.

Seda is a pleasant village belonging to the municipality of Alter do Chão, and about 12 km from the municipality’s headquarters, Seda is located on a small elevation of the beautiful Alentejo plain.
The owners love welcoming friends, acquaintances and strangers and as such they started the project of transforming the house into Local Accommodation.

Casa D´Alice invites guests to open their eyes to a stunning view and immerse themselves in a unique experience in the heart of the village of Seda. Here we have the opportunity to relax while enjoying the magnificent sunset, the stars, the sound of the rain and the sounds and smells of the Alentejo.

Here you are invited to feel the tranquillity of country life and make the most of a weekend, a holiday or even a longer stay, because yes… you will fall in love with this place.

The House is composed of:
A double bedroom, a mezzanine with a single bed, an extra bed under the stairs to the mezzanine. A fully equipped kitchen and a complete bathroom, with Wi-Fi access. The total capacity is 4 people.
You can watch the magnificent sunset from the house’s balcony and also enjoy a patio with barbecue.

The swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols invites you to afternoons of tranquility and peace. If you have a pet, Casa D´Alice accepts dogs over 1 year old.

By booking this charming property you will experience the best that Alentejo has to offer, including, for example, a visit to the magnificent Stud Farm of Alter do Chão, Alter do Chão, Alter Pedroso, Castelo de Vide, Castelo de Belver, the fantastic dams of Benavila and Maranhão and up to the magnificent Roman Bridge of Ribeira de Seda.
