Experiência ruim

A pousada mudou de nome e de dono e não atualizou seu cadastro no site. Quando chegamos ao local não havia nenhuma reserva em nosso nome e por sorte havia um quarto disponível. Os atendentes foram muito simpáticos, mas o quarto era muito abaixo das expectativas (ainda mais em função do alto valor da diária) e no último dia uma forte chuva que caiu na cidade entrou no quarto quando estávamos na rua e molhou todo o chão e a cama. Nos cederam outro quarto mas esse é um problema muito grave. Além disso deixamos uma garrafa de espumante na geladeira da pousada que foi "trocada por engano" pelo pessoal da própria pousada.

Eu gostaria muito de uma explicação sobre essa reserva. Fui informado que a pousada oferecida não existe mais e, portanto, minha reserva não existia. Fiquei na cidade sem nenhuma estadia, pois estava tudo lotado. Um transtorno terrível 😡😡 Tive que retornar da viagem.

Fui enganada

Não consegui checar a reserva pois os contatos não funcionam, apenas emails automáticos .Cheguei ao local e não havia nenhuma reserva pois a pousada foi vendida e estava em reforma. Fiquei sem local para me hospedar até encontrar uma vaga em um hotel. O site perdeu a credibilidade.
