Ancient Tuscan farmhouse located near Altopascio and Montecarlo, adjacent to the manor house, restored in full respect of the 19th century rural style.

It is the ideal base for those who want to travel in comfort to the most beautiful areas of Tuscany. The railway station is only 3 km away and the bus stop is only 300 metres. The motorway is 3 km away.
A small shopping centre and restaurants are 300 metres away, every kind of shop within 3 km.

It is 70 sqm on two floors. Sleeps 4+2. On the ground floor entrance, living room and kitchen/dining room. On the upper floor 2 bedrooms and bathroom.
The house has a laundry room with washing machine and iron.

Access to the farmhouse is via a staircase with Tuscan terracotta steps.
The door, original from the end of the 19th century, has been restored. The photo shows the particular interior cladding made of iron slats and the lock of the period.

From the old barn with its vaulted ceiling with Tuscan bricks, the living area has been created, consisting of an entrance hall, living room, dining room and kitchen.
The dining room has original furniture and ornaments from the end of the 19th century. The table, with its Carrara marble top, is very comfortable for 6 persons.
The grandmother's old kitchen objects have also been enhanced with restoration and decoration work.
The grandparent's stadia, the oil stove, the hand-decorated charcoal holder.
The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa/double bed and stylish solid wood furniture.

A restored old scurolo houses two beautiful country scenes.

The kitchen is complete with oven, refrigerator and freezer. Particular care has been taken to recover the original kitchen and work utensils from this farmhouse.

The solid wood kitchen is embellished by the insertion of a pietra serena sink supported by walls of old bricks recovered from the restoration of the room, as was customary in old Tuscan farmhouse kitchens.

The upper floor is accessed via a wrought iron and solid wood staircase.

This is the former hayloft with its beamed and half-timbered ceiling, which has been divided into a double bedroom with beds, bedside tables, a trunk and a chair from the late 19th century; a large wardrobe, completely restored, from the early 19th century makes up the furnishings.

The second bedroom has two single beds and is furnished with original period furniture.
The large, comfortable bathroom has a shower. The house has a laundry room with washing machine and iron.

The cottage has a large green area where you can relax in peace.
The road is accessed through an automatic gate that can be operated by radio.
From the car park you reach the entrance to the rustic house via a small road marked by large gravel tiles.

Children can play while the adults read or sunbathe. The area is completely fenced off and free of danger.

The cottage has a large private car park with extensive shaded areas. The garden is equipped with deck chairs and a table where you can dine in the shade of large trees.
