Second time at the property across the street from the office. We're calling it the Not-So-Super 8. It may be one of the best in Alturas, we aim to test this theory next year.

Bad customer service

The TV system was not working properly. The front desk clerk can to the room to try to fix it ans could not. Tjhey did not offer us another rom because they said the hotel was full. The paring lot did NOT have that many cars to suggest the hotel was full. They lied to us!

Our car broke down outside Alturas and luckily Super 8 had some rooms. Jimmy at the front desk was accommodating and let us hang out in the breakfast room the next day to wait for our ride home back to Reno.
