Welcome to the 60's! We had a wonderful time setting up this past theme home that will bring you back in time. Each room has been designed with a retro aesthetic in mind. A night at the museum?! The location is perfect, being in the heart of Alvin , in a cul-de-sac , with many restaurants and shops within walking distance and the rest within 5 minutes of driving. Whether you are looking to go back to the 60's or just have a comfortable stay, you are at the right place! Guests have access to the whole house and yard. No access to the garage though.

We try to set the rules at a minimum because we find it annoying too when there are too many. We trust our guests to do the right thing. Please just treat the property like it's yours and we will be appreciative. One hard rule exists and it is absolutely no party is permitted on the premises. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. Guests will be required to read and sign the rental agreement after booking the property. A $300 damage deposit is also required.

The house includes 4 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen and 4 twin beds including one air mattress), 2 full bathrooms, a full kitchen, a dining room, a family room, and a formal living room. We have added an air mattress twin size for the 8th guest. It can be found in the master bedroom closet. Guests can also enjoy a sitting area on the front and the back porch. We are directly in the heart of Alvin, TX. The house is located in a cul-de-sac so no traffic and very quiet.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be within walking distance of Marguerite Rogers House Museum. You'll find features like laundry facilities. Free WiFi and a kitchen are available in the vacation home.

Fun decor! Roomy and comfortable for us. It is very close to our family who live in Alvin so very nice to only travel a short distance to visit with them.
