NO SMOKING, PETS ON REQUEST The house with 90 m² living space is located on the edge of the nature reserve directly on the Teßmannsdorfer firs and they can enjoy the peaceful atmosphere with a beautiful, absolute peace.   The house is designed for a maximum of 6 persons and has 3 separate bedrooms (1 x double bed, 2 x single beds, 1 bunk bed).   The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, dishwasher, fridge and much more.   In the living room you will find a cozy corner sofa with satellite TV and fireplace, integrated into the dining area with table and chairs.   The bathroom has a tub, toilet and washing machine, there is also a guest toilet available.   A terrace with garden furniture for barbecues, relaxing and relaxing is of course part of the house.   The house is equipped with underfloor heating.

Nicht unbedingt emfehlenswert

Die Gegend ist schön, aber es gab wegen den Tümpeln sehr viele Mücken. Das Gehwegpflaster war sehr schlecht vorm Eingang. Es war ausdrücklich erlaubt, die Hunde frei laufen zu lassen.Im Haus war es am 1. und 2. Tag sehr kalt, da nicht vorgeheizt wurde. Zeitweise gab es nur kaltes Wasser . Das große Bad müsste saniert werden und die Couch war total durchgesessen. Gut waren die Fliegengitter an mehreren Fenstern. Im ganzen Haus gab es nur ein paar Wandlämpchen, schlimm war es in der Küche.Zum Schluss noch viel zu hohe Stromkosten. 90 Cent die Kwh. Das wird überprüft.

Sehr ruhig und gemütlich

Lage und Unterkunft waren gut, "Check in" war leider nicht so schön, das Büro ist nur 2 Stunden am Tag und nur von Montag bis Freitag geöffnet.

Urlaub in der Natur

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr idyllisch am Waldrand gelegen. Es hat eine gute Ausstattung. Was zu bemängeln war, ist die Heizungsanlage, die ständig ausgefallen ist, ein immer wiederkehrender Ammoniakgeruch und Nachts hört man Tiere im Dach laufen.

Außenbereich und Haus von außen sehr schmutzig

Der Außenbereich , die Terrasse inkl. Möbel und das Haus von außen waren sehr schmutzig , keine Reaktion seitens der Verwaltung , mussten den gröbsten Dreck selbst weg machen und die Möbel auf der Terrasse von Spinnweben befreien , die von mehreren Monaten stammten , die Fensterbretter waren voller Vogelkot . Das Haus von innen war sauber und gut und großzügig eingerichtet .

Schönes Haus im Wald

Es befinden sich 4 Häuser in dem Objekt direkt am Wald zum Salzhaff. Es war sauber? Die Ausstattung sehr gut. Auf Datenempfang für's Handy muss man allerdings verzichten. Der Empfang ist sehr eingeschränkt. War aber nicht schlimm.
