The pictures of this place oversell it! Reality is much different. I failed to read all the reviews before I booked it so shame on me. Very dirty. Mold in the room. And very dilapidated. They tried to give me a room next to the restaurant which had loud music playing until 2am. I complained and they finally gave me a room away from that part of the hotel. Buyer beware! Read the reviews!

Very pleasant stay. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. While the hotel and room are a bit outdated, everything was well maintained and spotless, which mattered most to me. Breakfast was simple but satisfying, with fresh fruit, eggs, bread, coffee, juices, and water available. It was a nice way to start the day. Another big plus was the parking. There was plenty of space, it was free, and it was gated, which made it very convenient and gave extra peace of mind. Overall, a comfortable and reliable place to stay, and I would gladly return.

I really loved it here I didn’t go to breakfast during my time here so I have no comments on it. However, tea was available 24/7 which worked out well for me. Location is AMAZING! Best spot to be in Panama

There was nothing wrong with the room or accommodations, the staff was great. The loud booming techno music blaring from a roof top bar next door til 2 in the morning was enough to never stay here again. Very little sleep!

Not the rooms shown online! Walls have been stripped bare, air conditioner from initial bedroom was dripping really bad, floor was not swept. Was moved to another room which was a lot smaller, the tiles were loose and very dangerous(I WAS LATER TOLD THAT TOOM WASN’T SUPPOSED TO BE TENTED OUT UNTIL THE TILES WERE REPLACED)the TOWELS HAD TURNED GREY!!!! Not a single cup or glass, no microwave, no refrigerator! The breakfast “buffet” has a sign which says you can only serve yourself once, although the young man in charge was excellent, the food leaves a lot to be desired. Eggs, chopped ham and American cheese, one choice of cereal. No fruit or fruit juices. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE PICTURES ON THE WEBSITE! I WAS TOLD THEYRE FROM THEIR OTHER HOTEL. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED!

The hotel could use some maintenance, but overall, my stay was pleasant. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, which made a positive impression. My only real issue was the loud music coming from the building at the end of the hotel block—it played until 3 a.m., which made it difficult to rest. Aside from that, everything was fine. The scenery was lovely and added a nice touch to the experience.
