Baglio Holiday House Amalfi

The house has 26 steps from the main road to the main entrance. It is approximately 3 km from the main square in Amalfi. Including the internal stairs, there are around 50.

It is located on the road to Positano, which boasts some of the most beautiful and picturesque beaches on the Amalfi Coast. Baglio Holiday House is located in the same place as Sofia Loren's famous villa.

The 160-square-meter property comfortably accommodates up to four people, a maximum of six (two king-size beds and two single beds). It includes two private terraces with a beautiful sea view. All bedrooms have air conditioning.

It features a spacious kitchen with a stunning sea view through its large windows, air conditioning, and 4G mobile Wi-Fi.

The property is new. The owner finished renovating it in June 2014 and decorated it elegantly with the colours of the sea and the sky.

Baglio Holiday House consists of the following:
The living area furnishings include a pull-out queen-size sofa, a large flat-screen TV with a Blu-ray player, a dining table for eight, a large window to a large balcony, and an air conditioning/heating unit.

The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with a four-burner gas stove, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots, pans, plates, and glasses. In addition, the kitchen features large windows on two walls, allowing you to enjoy a stunning view of the sky and the sea.

The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms, one of which is connected to a large balcony from which you can admire the enchanting view. The first bedroom is large and furnished with a double bed, a large closet, and a desk with a chair.

The main bedroom has a king-size bed, a closet, a desk and chair, and a private bathroom with a whirlpool shower. Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning/heating.

The third bedroom has two single beds, a large closet, a small window without a sea view and a bathroom.

There are two full bathrooms, each with a shower (no tub), sink, toilet, and bidet. The main bedroom bathroom has a whirlpool shower, from which you can see the sea by day and the stars at night through the window opposite the shower.

The terrace is 90 square meters and partially shaded by a large umbrella. From it, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Amalfi Sea.

PROOF OF ID
Italy has security standards that require every Host to record their guests' information: Italian law (named "DM Interno 07/01/2013")and communicate it to the Police Headquarters through the accommodations portal when they check in, without exception. For this reason, upon checking in, you must show a valid ID, such as a driver's license or passport; the local representative will take a photo of the front and back of all identity documents.

CHECK-IN
Please note that check-in is only possible between 16:00 and 19:00. Outside this window, you may experience a waiting time of 2-3 hours. Please ensure that you contact the local representative on the provided mobile number at least 2 hours prior to your estimated arrival time; you can use WhatsApp messages for this purpose.

If you arrive in Amalfi, please arrange your transportation to the property. Taxis are available in the city's main square. Please note that the taxi fare to the property can be up to €80. Always ask for the taxi fee before boarding a taxi.

CHECK-OUT
Please note that you must vacate the apartment by 10:00 AM. Feel free to leave. However, a private car park is located very close to the property. Please remember to close all windows and turn off the lights.

PARKING
If you arrive by car, please note that Casa Baglio does not offer a car park. However, a private car park is located very close to the property. Please contact this number: +39 334 130 5262 and ask for Mr Romolo. Remember to mention that you will be a guest of Mr Albino Angelico at Casa Baglio. We do not call or organise any car park; we provide our guests with the phone number for this service. There will be a daily fee charge; on average, and depending on the car, tariffs vary from € 30 to € 40 per day per car.

Alternatively, you can park the car on the road outside Casa Baglio for free if you can find a space, as parking is only permitted occasionally. In this case, we are not responsible for any damage or parking fines. You may also risk the car being taken by the traffic police to their depot, from where you will be charged extra to release it.

GROCERY
"Market Marcellino" is a grocery store 700 meters from the property, towards Amalfi. It is open from 8 AM to 1:30 PM and then from 4:30 PM to 8 PM.

This apartment offers its guests laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
