Villa Ania is a luxury historic villa nestled in the heart of the Amalfi Coast, boasting one of the most breathtaking views in Italy—stretching from Capo d’Orso to the Gulf of Salerno. Just 3 km from the center of Amalfi, the property offers the perfect balance between total privacy and proximity to the coast’s vibrant villages and landmarks. Spread across three levels connected by charming stone staircases, the villa offers 300 sqm of refined interior space and over 600 sqm of outdoor living, including panoramic terraces, lush gardens, and tranquil lounging areas.
The villa accommodates up to 19 guests in six beautifully appointed bedrooms and five bathrooms, with additional sofa and single beds available upon request. Inside, guests are welcomed into an atmosphere of timeless elegance: vaulted ceilings, antique terracotta floors, curated vintage furnishings, and hand-crafted details are paired with modern comforts such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen with fireplace, espresso machine, dishwasher, and laundry facilities.
Outside, the private swimming pool (6x8 m) overlooks the bay and can be heated on request (extra charge of €500). The expansive outdoor spaces are designed for relaxation and entertaining, featuring alfresco dining areas, sun loungers, outdoor showers, a barbecue, and shaded pergolas. Free private parking for three cars is included. Daily cleaning (except the day after check-in), linen change, and all utilities are also provided. Access to the villa is via a scenic stairway of approximately 110 steps, leading guests into a serene retreat of elegance, comfort, and spectacular natural beauty.
